Free return shipping applies for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer covers return shipping.
Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders can still be returned within the 30-day window once received.
Warranty: All products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
