At Custom Car Seat Covers, all seat covers are custom-made to fit your specific vehicle’s make, model, and year. While these products are produced to order, we are committed to ensuring every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds may be requested, and how to initiate the process.
Return Window Based on Delivery Date
Return eligibility is based on the delivery date, not the purchase date. You may return any item for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date your order was marked as delivered.
This ensures you have sufficient time to inspect and decide whether the product meets your needs.
Eligible Scenarios for Returns or Refunds
1. Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.

After production starts, cancellations are not permitted, but you may still return the item once received within the 30-day return window.
How to Cancel:
Email sales@customcarseatcovers.com with your order number and “Order Cancellation” in the subject line.
2. Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives visibly damaged (e.g. torn material, scratches, packaging damage):

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the packaging and product damage.

Resolution: We will offer a full replacement or refund, depending on the severity of the damage.
3. Faulty Manufacturing or Product Defect After Use
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect (e.g. split seams, faulty stitching, material breakdown):

You are covered under a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Submit your claim by email with photos of the defect and a description of how it occurred.

Resolution: We will offer repair, replacement, or a full refund depending on the situation and inspection.
4. Received the Wrong Product
If we shipped an incorrect item or size due to a fulfillment error:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the product you received.

Resolution: We will ship the correct item at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
5. Change of Mind
You may return your order for any reason, including change of mind, design preferences, or incorrect vehicle selection, provided it is within the 30-day return window.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Exchange Requests
Exchanges are permitted for any item returned within the 30-day window, subject to product availability.

For manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors, return shipping is free.

For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer covers return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return or Claim

Step 2: Provide the Following Details

The item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. We will provide clear instructions including the return address.
